Do you sometimes feel that you’re so busy working towards outcomes and deadlines that you rarely have the time and space to slow down and think deeply about what you’re trying to achieve and how you can best do that?
A fantastic event – a great opportunity to take some time out to think and breath, and talk to some great people. Thank you for creating the space and making it happen. Looking forward to the next one!
Join us on a Natural Change Netwalk to make new, and deepen existing, relationships with others who share interests around sustainability, csr, wellbeing, social justice, democracy etc.
Being out of doors, in closer contact with nature and walking together marks a break from our working day and creates a different dynamic for us as individuals and as a group. And just as importantly it is refreshing, enjoyable and healthy. The walk will include some lightly structured activities incorporating mindful reflection, paired and group dialogue. We ask only for your open participation in return.
We host currently host netwalks in Edinburgh and Stirling. We plan to add Glasgow, Cornwall and London soon.
Can’t make those dates? Shall we let you know when new dates and locations are available?
We will be walking gently over easy terrain, on paths and open ground. There will be no scrabbling or steep climbs – though it may be muddy or wet underfoot. This is not a test of endurance or fitness. Wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather – bearing in mind we will be sitting still some of the time. We will advise you of anything you should bring when you sign up.
If you have any mobility or health issues that you think we should be aware of, please let the leader know so we can take these into account as we choose the route and the activities.
