A relaxed and refreshing walk with likeminded people, offering some all too rare time and space to slow down and re-connect with yourself, with others and with nature.

Led by our skilled facilitators, the walk includes an engaging mindfulness activity to help us wind down and get some distance from the pressures of the working day. We make it easy to meet new people and natural to have conversations that go a little bit deeper than the usual networking chat. The conversations and inspiration from nature can lead to helpful insights and ideas about challenges you may be tackling.
You can expect to:
- feel calm and refreshed, able to focus more easily on what really matters to you
- develop connections, often outside your usual networks, based on shared values and interests
- gain helpful insights and new perspectives on issues that you bring to conversations
Open to all, our netwalks appeal especially to people with personal and professional interests in wellbeing, sustainability, and environmental and social responsibility.

Need to know
We will be walking gently over easy terrain, on paths and open ground. There will be no scrabbling or steep climbs – though it may be muddy or wet underfoot. This is not a test of endurance or fitness. Wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather – bearing in mind we may be sitting or standing still some of the time. We will advise you of anything you should bring when you sign up.
If you have any mobility or health issues that you think we should be aware of, please let the leader know so we can take these into account as we choose the route and the activities.
