Our programmes are designed for individuals and organisations who want to lead change. They combine personal development, outdoor learning, mentoring, reflection time, group discussion, and a deep exploration of leadership and social change processes. Through ongoing mentoring, these experiences grow into leadership and activism.

Natural Change Limited is responsible for the practicalities of delivering Natural Change programmes on the ground.

Natural Change Limited works in partnership with the Natural Change Foundation– a registered charity. The Foundation’s role is to provide strategic support, develop partnerships and find resources to support the wider application of the Natural Change approach.
