Open Programmes
To apply for one of our listed open programmes, simply complete our online application form.
Once we have processed it, we will get in touch to ask you to send us an email saying a bit more about yourself and why you would like to attend the course. This is so that we can make sure you will receive the experience you hope for.
Sometimes, we also ask to have a short Skype or telephone chat with you. This might be necessary if, for example, you have specific needs or issues that it would be easier to talk through.
Natural Change Leadership Programmes
These programmes are commissioned on a bespoke basis to catalyse and support leadership for sustainability within specific organisations, or one of their stakeholder groups. For example, a manufacturer might want to work with their own staff team, or they may want to encourage leadership in other organisations that make up their supply chain.
Participants are invited by the organisation commissioning the programme, usually as part of a wider change strategy.
